Al-Saeed Foundation for Sciences & Culture

The Al-Saeed Foundation for Sciences and Culture was constituted in memory of the late Al-Hajj Hayel Saeed Anam, founder of the HSA Group — a man of profound generosity whose humanitarian dedication to his nation deserved lasting tribute. The Foundation was born in 1996 to give and spread knowledge and culture.

Its awards are presented every year on 23 April, the anniversary of the founder's passing.

The Foundation runs several sections devoted to its objectives, including the Al-Saeed Fund for Supporting Scientific Research, inaugurated in 2002.
