Incorporated in 1981, United Insurance Company (UIC) is a subsidiary of the Hayel Saeed Anam Group — one of the largest and most respected private groups in the Middle East, with interests spanning trading, manufacturing, agriculture, financial services and real estate.

Over its years of service UIC has grown considerably to become the leading insurance company in the Yemeni market, serving clients with a high standard of professionalism through a team of highly qualified and experienced personnel.

UIC has complemented its services by implementing the ISO 9001:2000 system — becoming the first insurance company in Yemen, and one of the few in the Arab world, to obtain the certificate. It operates branches across Yemen and employs a team of over 125 qualified people.
