Al-Saeed High Institute for Engineering & Management

Established in 1986, the Al-Saeed High Institute (originally the TAT training centre) was created to train and upgrade local manpower so that it could successfully take the place of expatriate expertise.

It was incorporated after extensive research, visits to European and Asian countries more advanced in the field, and consultation with competent foreign and local organisations — and today provides engineering and management education and training.
